Daal maash and keema


Ingredients
  • Daal mash 1 cup
  • Mince ½ kg
  • Onion 1 large sliced
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp heaped
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
Method
  1. Heat oil add onion, fry till light golden, add ginger garlic paste with mince, fry for 5 minutes add turmeric, chili powder, salt and yogurt, fry well, cover and cook till mince nearly done, add soaked daal, toss well, add 1 cup water, cover and cook till daal tender, lastly add green chilies, coriander leaves, allspice and put on dum.
