Ingredients
- Daal mash 1 cup
- Mince ½ kg
- Onion 1 large sliced
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 ½ tsp heaped
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
Method
- Heat oil add onion, fry till light golden, add ginger garlic paste with mince, fry for 5 minutes add turmeric, chili powder, salt and yogurt, fry well, cover and cook till mince nearly done, add soaked daal, toss well, add 1 cup water, cover and cook till daal tender, lastly add green chilies, coriander leaves, allspice and put on dum.
