Baked Salmon with Carrots

Heres a simple way to make delicious salmon! Cooking salmon at home can seem intimidating, but this healthy baked salmon recipe make cooking easy! Baking salmon is a foolproof way to cook salmon and add more of this heart-healthy, omega-3-rich fish to your diet.

        Ingredients:
3 lbs  salmon fillet
1 med onion
5 carrots
1/4 lemon juiced
2 tbsp melted butter
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
5-6 oz heavy whipping cream 
1 tsp salt
Ground pepper, coriander, Vegeta

Preheat oven to 375F

Wash and pat dry fillets. Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
Sprinkle salt and spices all over the fish. 
Squeeze lemon on top.  
Pour melted butter. 
Cut onion into circles than in half. Arrange it on top of salmon. 
Peel and slice carrots. Mix em with mayo. 
 Add heavy whipping cream and mix well. 
Spread the mix on top of salmon. Sprinkle vegeta on top.
Bake covered for 40 min to 1 hr at 375 F.
Best way to enjoy it with rice, baked or mashed potatoes.
