Ingredients
- Falsay ½ kg
- Sugar 1 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Black salt ½ tsp
- Rose water 2 tbsp
Method
- Soak falsa overnight in water in the fridge next day blend to a smooth puree, sieve and remove pulp, discard seeds, mix falsa puree with sugar, lemon juice, rose water and blend again, fill mixture into plastic glasses, cover the top of glass with foil, insert a wooden ice-cream stick in the foil and place it in the freezer for 8 to 10 hours or until set.
