Pasta chicken salad


Ingredients
  • Chicken breast 2 boiled cut in cubes
  • Macaroni boiled 2 cups
  • Capsicum 1 cut in tiny cubes
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Tomatoes puree 3 tbsp
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp heaped
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
Method
  • Mix altogether. Serve over bed of salad leaves, serve chilled.
