Lucknowi kabab


Ingredients
  • Mince ½ kg
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp roasted and brown
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp roasted and brown
  • All spice 1 tsp heaped
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp roasted
  • Yogurt thick 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 3
  • Onion 1 ground
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method
  • Marinate the mince with raw papaya, roasted and ground coriander and cumin seeds, all spice powder, yogurt, roasted gram flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, grounded onion and green chilies.Mix together and grind once again in a food processor , leave it for 1 hour.Shape into flat tikkis and shallow fry .Serve hot
